INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Sprouted moong bean.
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup of diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup of grated Carrots
  • 1/2 of Pomegranate
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon roasted cumin seed
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice.
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

 

INSTRUCTION:

Mix the sprouted moong beans with diced tomato, cucumber and carrots in a bowl. Now, sprinkle with black pepper powder, salt and roasted cumin powder as per your taste. Then add the sliced pomegranate to this mixture .Pour the lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Sprouted boiled chickpeas.
  • 1/2 cup of diced Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp of Olive oil.
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice.
  • Dried meant leaves for garnishing

INSTRUCTION:

In a large bowl take the boiled chickpeas and toss with olive oil. Then add the diced capsicum, onions, and chopped garlic to that mixture. Add the lemon juice, pepper, salt and gently mix all ingredients. At last garnish, the salad with dried meant leaves and adjusts the seasoning to your liking.

  • 1 Cup Sprouted green moong dal.
  • 100 grams of Paneer.
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomato

  • 1 tablespoon Pepper powder

INSTRUCTION

Soak the moong in water for at least 12 hours. Take a bowl, and put all the ingredients in it. Mix well. Once the sprouts and paneer are combined well with all the spices, drizzle lemon juice over the mix and serve.

4. CORN AND MIXED SPROUTS SALAD RECIPE

  • 1 Cup of Mixed Sprouts.
  • 15 grams of boiled corn.
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onions

  • 1 tsp roasted Cumin Powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper powder

Wash and soak the mixed sprouts overnight. The next day, pressure cook it for 10-15 minutes. Take a large bowl, add cooked sprouts and mix in all the other ingredients. Finish it up by adding coriander chutney, black pepper and mix well.  Finally sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and serve.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup of Mixed Sprouts.
  • 1 Cup of cubed or shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup of Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onions
  • 1 tsp of Butter.
  • 1 tsp roasted Cumin Powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper powder
  • Coriander leaves, chopped

INSTRUCTION

In a small Kadai add 1 tsp butter in medium heat. Then on that Kadai add sliced onions, red bell pepper and saute for few mins. Sprinkle with some salt and black pepper. Then add shredded chicken and boiled sprouts. Stir for 1 to 2 mins until you smell them. Remove from the heat and tossed with left spices. Finally, garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.
