- Please make sure that you are not using sour curd and instead use fresh homemade curd for preparing the lassi.Always use fresh, chilled and thick curd, do not use watery part and sour yogurt.
- You can also use honey instead of Sugar if you prefer honey.
- Lassi has a thick consistency, please keep a check on the amount of water or milk being added.
- You can enhance the drink by adding some fresh cream on top of Lassi while serving.
- You can use different types of Yogurts such as Greek Yogurt etc to make Lassi. The flavor may change lightly.
- If you have some time in our hand, chill the lassi in the refrigerator and avoid adding ice cubes in order to maintain the thick consistency of the lassi. If you have to serve the lassi immediately, then you add crushed ice cubes.
