So the next question on your thought that will definitely come is what do I require to make these Bacon Egg Muffins and how difficult is it going to be to perform these. But don’t bother this recipe requires very accessible ingredients that you apparently already have in your kitchen.
To make bacon in the microwave just put some butter on muffin tins. Microwave it a few minutes to get it a little crispy, but you can still make it to the muffin tin. If you want to make that bacon more crispy, then take a few minutes to do this. Fry this bacon a bit before you place it in the muffin tins.
I will recommend you to use medium eggs because large size eggs can be overflowed the cup. I also used bacon that not so thick cut. Please make sure that you will check those very closely after about 10 minutes since the bacon will start to get over-crisp quickly
How do you keep bacon and egg muffins from sticking to the pan?
First of all, using a non-stick muffin tin will keep the eggs from sticking to the pan. Additionally, the fat from the bacon allows it to be easily removed. Also, we use some loaves of bread that help those to stop from sticking on muffin tins.
Additionally to prevent from sticking you can either sprinkle a 6-capacity NON-STICK muffin tray with a light coating of oil spray or line each cup with paper liners. Usually I prefer spraying some oil or butter instead of using the paper liners.
Reheating these egg muffins is also uncomplicated. Just place them into the microwave. Use some butter and reheat until the muffins are warm, depending on your microwave it will take 30-45 seconds.
How long do egg muffins with last in the fridge?
You can keep those the bacon and egg muffins about four days in the fridge that is if they last that long. But it’s never been a problem in our home because they get eaten up quickly.
