INGREDIENTS
150 gm of Fusilli Pasta
2 tsp of Olive Oil
1/2 Cup of Boneless Chicken
1/2 Cup of Sliced Mushroom
1/2 Cup of Chopped Carrots
1/2 Cup of Sliced Mix bell Peppers
1/2 Cup of chopped Onions.
3 Cloves of sliced Garlic
Chopped Ginger
4 Pieces of diced Cherry tomato
1/2 Cup of Sliced Beans
1/2 Cup of Chopped Broccoli
1/2 Cup of Boiled Corn
Black olives
Himalayan pink salt
FOR SEASONING
2 tsp of Oregano
2 tsp of Black Pepper Powder
1 1/2 tsp of Chilli Flakes
INSTRUCTION
Firstly, take sufficient water in a pan or pot.Combine some salt and few drops of olive oil. Make the water to a boil and then add the pasta and cook them. The pasta has to be well cooked as we are not going to cook them further.Now, heat some olive oil in a non-stick pan.
Then, add the boneless chicken pieces and sliced mushrooms on that oil. Stir it for 2-3 minutes. Initially, the mushrooms will release their juices, but after continuous sautéing, the juices will dry. There should be no moisture in the pan.
Then add one by one, the chopped onions, diced garlic, ginger, chopped carrots, sliced mix bell pepper, chopped beans and stir for 1-2 mins. Reduce heat uncovered, for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with some salt.
Serve hot and garnished with cherry tomato and black olives.
