- 10 Pcs (400gm) Chicken wings, tips removed
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 Tsp paprika powder
- ½ cup BarbecueSauce
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Red chili sauce
- Preheat oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the chicken wings into a large bowl. In a small bowl combine salt with garlic paste, red chili powder, and black pepper. Add the mixture over the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the aromatic chicken wings on the rack in the layer.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on their size, flipping once after the first 5 minutes
- While the chicken wings are baking let's make the sauce. Take a kadai and add the barbecue sauce with honey, and red chili sauce. Simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
