Ingredients
- 250 gm Chicken Breast Cubed
- ½ tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp of Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp of Red chilli powder
- 1 cup of Prepared Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 Pct Bread
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic Paste
- Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Place the chicken and pc of bread in a food processor until chicken is finely chopped and pieces of bread are merged with chicken
- Transfer processed chicken to a bowl. Combine salt, oregano, garlic & ginger paste, and pepper, red chili powder and sprinkle over chicken. Combine well.
- Whisk eggs together in a small bowl. Combine the salt and put it on a bowl.
- Measure chicken paste out with a scoop and roll into balls.
- Coat the chicken with egg. Use your fingers to press the ball down to make a shape. Put a few chunks of chicken at a time into the breadcrumb mixture to coat, then on the baking sheet. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, add nuggets and fry them for 2 mins on both sides. Fry the bite-sized delights till they turn golden brown in colour. Once done, transfer the nuggets over a napkin so that the excess oil is absorbed. Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.

- You can use breadcrumbs with seasonings for some taste variation.
