Mango Frooti Recipe
- Mixer Blender
- CHOPPING BOARD
- KNIFE SET
- INDUCTION COOKER
- 2 Ripe Mangoes
- 1 Raw Mango
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- 1 Cup Of Water
- 2 Cups Of Chilled water
- Firstly take a raw mango and also the ripe mangoes. Blend them one by one properly.
- Now in a Kadai, pour ripened mango, raw mango and sugar. And mix them on medium heat. Combine ½ cup of water and stir continuously. Mix them well until the mango is softened.
- Now add some salt, lemon juice, half cup water and stir well for 2mins. Now let them cool completely.
- Strain the pulp making sure there is no residue.
- Add some chilled water and compound adjusting the consistency as required.
- Your homemade mango frooti is ready. Serve the frooti and enjoy.
