Mixed Fruit Raita
- CHOPPING BOARD
- KNIFE SET
- ½ Cups of curd
- 1 Cup of apple cut into small slices
- 1 Cup of grapes black & green both
- 1 Cup of pomegranate seeds
- ½ Cup of Cream
- 1 tsp of Chat Masala
- Sugar to taste
- Pink Salt to taste
- Take a bowl and Whisk the curd. Add around 1/2 cup of cream. You can also use milk instead of cream.
- Add pink salt, chat masala and sugar.
- Add all the sliced fruits to that curd.
- Garnish mixed fruit raita with pomegranate seeds. You can also add finely cut dry fruits like cashews and almonds.
- Keep the raita in the refrigerator to cool for at least 30 mins. And serve chilled.
