Ingredients
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup of chopped Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of chopped Capsicum
- 1/2 cup of chopped Carrots
- 1/2 cup of chopped Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup of chopped Yellow Bell pepper
- 1/2 cup of chopped Avocadoes
- Feta Cheese
- 1 chopped Boiled Eggs
- 1/2 cup of chopped Lettuce
For Seasonings
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Rock Salt
Instructions
- Cutting: Cut the all ingredients into small cube pieces one by one.
- : Seasoning: To make this seasoning take a bowl and add some olive oil, lemon juice, chili flakes, black pepper powder and rock salt and mix well.
- Take a big bowl and add one by one chopped lettuce, chopped onions, chopped cucumbers, diced cherry tomatoes, chopped avocadoes, chopped capsicum, chopped red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper and gently mix well.
- : Cook the hard boiled eggs using your preferred method. Let cool, peel, and Add the eggs to a large bowl and mix to combine. Taste and add seasoning as needed.
- Serve this salad with beautiful garnishing of cherry tomatoes.
