The mayonnaise sandwich is a perfect recipe for all time. Today I am going to share a prompt as well as a healthy sandwiches formula. These sandwich are topped and filled with mayonnaise, cheese and the choice of several vegetables. Also, these mayonnaise sandwich can be ideal for morning breakfast or for a quick bite before or after lunch for eating. Moreover, these mayonnaise sandwich can be prepared within minutes with choice of veggies for dressing.
A sandwich is normally a recipe where we can use two grilled or toasted bread with some fillings in between those two slices. They are also very easy to make and time saviors in the time of your deep hunger.
You can prepare these mayonnaise sandwich with any choice of pieces of bread. But usually, it is prepared with white bread and by trimming the edges of sandwich loaves of bread. while it is not mandatory to trim it, but it makes it visually better dish and more appealing.Further, I have used both the flavored and eggless mayonnaise in this recipe. In addition, I have used veggies like different colored capsicum, grated carrot, and cucumber. But it can be easily extended with other like sweet corn, mushroom and even jalapeno for dressing. Moreover, you can spread some bread with different types of sauces.
Usually, mayonnaise is a thick, creamy sauce or dressing that is composed of oil, egg yolks, vinegar, and seasonings. It’s not the same as salad dressing, which doesn’t contain egg yolks and is generally sweeter than mayonnaise. Furthermore, in these recipes, I have not only used mayo for filling also use some grated cheese for packing. Ideally, grated mozzarella cheese should taste good when mixed with stuffing. Finally, I roasted those sandwiches before serving. Alternatively, you can grill it or even use a toasted bread slices before stuffing. Moreover, if you are a vegetarian, you can choose the eggless mayo instead of flavored mayo. Also, if you do not want to use any kind of mayo, then you can go for the yogurt instead of that.

Vegetable Mayo Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup of Eggless Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp green capsicum, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup of Carrot, grated
- 1/2 Cup of Cucumber , grated
- 1/2 Cup of Cabbage, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup of Tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup of Green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup of Spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 slices bread, white / brown
- cheese
- Mustard sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Crushed black Pepper
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add the finely chopped veggies
one by one. - In that bowl take ½ cup eggless mayonnaise and mix well. Make sure that everything
is combined well. - Now place two bread slice and spread 1/2 tsp butter over each slice.
- Next take one slice of bread and place the lettuce leave on that. Now pour the stuffing mixture over the lettuce leave. Place the tomato slice, sauce and cheese on that. Sandwich it using another bread slice.
- Brush some butter over it
- Heat the grill pan and place the sandwich on it. Cook on the medium
flame till it turns golden brown in color from both sides. - Cut the sandwiches diagonally into two equal portion.
- Serve this veg mayo sandwich immediately with some ketchup
Egg Mayo Sandwich

- 1/2 Cup of tandoor flavored mayo
- 1/2 Cup of Eggless mayo
- 1 Boiled Egg, finely chopped
- Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup of Green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup of Spring Onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup of onions, finely chopped
- Lettuce Leave
- 2 slices bread, white / brown
- Red chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Crushed Black pepper
- 1 tbsp dried herbs
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add the finely chopped veggies and the chopped boiled egg one by one.
- In that bowl take ½ cup of combined mayonnaise and mix well. Make sure that everything is combined well.
- Now place two bread slice and spread 1/2 tsp butter over each slice.
- Next take one slice of bread and place the lettuce leave on that. Now pour the stuffing mixture over the lettuce leave. Place the carrot slice, sauce and grated cheese on that. Sandwich it using another bread slice.
- Brush some butter over it.
- Heat the grill pan. Brush some butter and place the sandwich on it. Cook on the medium flame till it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
- Cut the sandwiches diagonally into two equal portion.
- Serve this veg mayo sandwich immediately with some ketchup.
Chicken Mayo Sandwich

- 1/2 Cup of green capsicum, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup of tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup of onions, finely chopped
- 2 slices bread, white / brown
- Red chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Lettuce Leave
- Dried Herbs
- Chili Flakes
- Salt
- Crushed Black pepper
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add the finely chopped veggies and the chopped boiled chicken one by one.
- . In that bowl take ½ cup tandoor flavor mayo and mix well. Make sure that everything is combined well.
- Now place two bread slice and spread 1/2 tsp butter over each slice.
- Next take one slice of bread and place the lettuce leave on that. Now pour the stuffing mixture over the lettuce leave. Place the onion slice, sauce and grated cheese on that. Sandwich it using another bread slice.
- Brush some butter over it.
- Heat the grill pan and place the sandwich on it. Cook on the medium flame till it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
- Cut the sandwiches diagonally into two equal portion.
- Serve this chicken mayo sandwich immediately with some ketchup
