In our daily life, we’ve all been on the receiving end of advice to “just stay positive” And while this piece of advice often comes from a good place, there are times when it can come across as nonsensical. You reasonably have that query on how is it possible to stay positive, when the situation is totally negative.
In our daily life, we regularly face negative situations and also meet negative people. Sometimes we are revealed to negative news when we listen to the radio, watch TV, or from any person. It’s pretty common to Have Negative Mindset and be sad about it But it’s Tough to Stay Positive on that situation. So you may be among them who become pessimistic and lose hope easily when you have to face any difficult situation.
When any negative situation occurs, it looks like it is difficult to stay away from those negative situations, people, or news. Is it probable to stay positive in these negative situations and not allow them to affect how we think and feel?
Why this negative situation Occurs?
“Good thoughts and actions can never produce bad results; bad thoughts and actions can never produce good results…We understand this law in the natural world, and work with it; but few understand it in the mental and moral world – although its operation there is just as simple and undeviating – and they, therefore, do not cooperation with it.”– James Allen
When we are encountering in negative situations, and when we hear or read about any challenges, surprisingly, the mind starts exacting them and looking for them, and we become more aware of them. This situation starts to influence our moods, and how we act. in this type of situation, we get annoyed and frustrated more easily, become unhappy, and we develop a negative state of mind.
Almost all negative emotions depend on criticizing someone or something else for negative situations that happen in their life. Then the problem is that people continue to those negative emotions, even if they cannot change the outcome and are angry about it.
Moreover, A negative state of mind is like a heavy rock that you carry on your reverse, slowing you down, weakening you, and making you feel helpless. And, you know what?
That’s okay! Life isn’t always going to be all sunshine and colors. But the problem is gradual by this kind of state of your mind, you become submissive, do not try to improve, and allow external situations to control your life. Is this something that continues to hamper your life?
Exceptionally, there are some people, who do not allow negative situations to affect their state of mind. Moreover, some people can manage to keep a positive attitude even in difficult and unpleasant circumstances. So the question is How is it possible to modify this attitude? Is it possible to be positive and stay so, when facing difficulties? Is there an alternative to a negative state of mind?
If we keep thinking and focusing on negative situations, we keep attracting and creating them in our life. The choice is to develop a positive frame of mind. You can learn to stay positive in negative situations by practicing some habits. However, This is not difficult and is fun to do.
So, I came up with some ways I could change the results of nearly every negative situation. And, I promise, these are FAR more effective than the wishing and hoping strategy that NEVER worked for me.
I know how difficult it is to accept an error. We always tend to identify the situation in a negative way. But it is okay to make mistakes. Life is all about making mistakes and learning from them. Yes! we should always try to learn from our previous mistakes so that we can be careful in the future.
When we don’t learn from our mistakes, we dispense unnecessary stress on ourselves and others, and we risk losing people’s faith and trust in us. Making the same blunders over and over can be expensive in more ways than one. Possibly, your team has lost faith in you because your behavior doesn’t match your words.
Or maybe your mistakes have cost you or someone else a lot of money. So, analyzing the situation is very important. The most important life lessons we will ever learn will be from the bad decisions we make. So, how to analyze a situation? Ask yourself a few questions like:
What did I do the mistake?
Which thing I should not do next time to repeat the same?
What do I learn from the mistake?
Write down your response somewhere to analyze the situation. This will help you to learn from your previous mistakes.
Analyzing will also help you to be aware the next time so that you don’t repeat the same mistake. This will rebuild your self-esteem again.
Trust can help to make us closer to other people. Trusting others, such as family members and friends, can convince us that we’ll be attended when we need it. It’s the foundation of any strong relationship, including the relationship you have with yourself. Moreover, you need to tell yourself you were settled not to let anyone get to you.
Your mind would only focus on the positive no matter what happened. You can say that this time you should stay cool and calm, no matter how difficult or negative the situation went. My attitude could simply not be changed by someone else’s rudeness, insensitivity, bullying, or any other ugly tactics they might use.
However, you have to believe there’s no one more essential to trust than yourself. Sometimes we lose trust in ourselves after we make a mistake or after someone criticizes us harshly or constantly. It can feel more difficult to make decisions when you can’t trust yourself because you fear you’ll make the wrong choice.
Or gradually you might be more likely to criticizing your own decisions after you make them. So trust yourself is the most important part of your life.
Sometimes, it’s not the probability of failing that will hold you back. It’s the horror of the unknown. Maybe you’re going through a difficult time and you finally see a chance to utilize it all around. But no matter how hard you try to move, you feel lost and trapped in your dark fears.
So, facing your fears could be one of the most essential steps you can take towards developing a positive mindset. It doesn’t just clear your head of all those nightmare situations you’ve created; it also helps you build your self-esteem.

It’s not worth it. Don’t take negativity in your heart. Do the best you can and then let it go.
