Weight problems aren’t always a result of a bad lifestyle. Certain medical conditions like PCOD, Thyroid can make it even worse. For me, problems kept piling up and I couldn’t keep my weight under control, regardless of what I did. In this article I am going to share you some weight loss tips with my easy exercise & diet plan

My weight gain problems started when I was young. Coming from a typical conservative family, my parents never felt safe sending me out for a walk or even exercising outside. Moreover, Then higher studies happened. Due to stress, I started gaining weight rapidly and soon developed Hypothyroidism and PCOD. As a result, It made my life difficult. I was always at the receiving end of getting unsolicited comments. Even the people I held and considered in the highest esteem said bad things. All of these suffering made me realize that I have to do something. That was the point I realized that I needed to put sincere efforts to bring out the best version of myself. Finally I have gifted best me to myself. Here’s the weight loss journey from fat to fit.
What’s the most difficult part of being overweight?
Being constantly body-shamed for the way you look is the worst aspect of being over-weight. It not only affects your mental peace but also disrupts your self-confidence. All the bullying and teasing had become a known territory for me. None of the dress fit me. As a result, I was contentiously battling with low confidence and several health issues. I was not even confident enough to face the society with confidence. For instance, I used to suffer from a huge inferiority complex and was always reluctant to meet new people and engage with them.
How do I stay motivated?
I don’t compete with anyone; I set daily targets for myself to stay motivated by achieving what I had aimed for. However, Looking at the mirror and seeing the remarkable changes is enough to keep me motivated. Here I want to share some weight loss tips with you.
Fitness secrets I unveiled:
I have realized that starving does not help in losing weight. In fact, you can shed those stubborn kilos by eating all your favorite food items but you need to count the calories. Above all, remember that fitness is a complete lifestyle change. Hence, there is no ultimate destination as the journey keeps going on.
# My Diet Plan


My breakfast (9.00am): I start my day with a glass of warm water with a teaspoon of jeera (cumin seeds) in it.
Mid Morning snacks (11.30 am): After that, 2 Walnuts plus one seasonal fruit.
My lunch (2.00pm): 2 chapatis with one bowl of vegetable salad
Evening Snacks (5.00pm): One cup Green tea with 2 biscuits
My dinner (8.00pm): Finally, Boiled dal with one chapati, Paneer or Tofu and green salad.
Water: However, I drink 3 to 4 liters every day.
# My Workout


I work out for 5 days a week. However, My work out completely consists of weight training. My schedule is as follows: Firstly I warm up. After that, I start my workout.
Monday –jumping jacks, burpees, push-ups, planks
Tuesday – 30 mins of triceps workout and push-ups, planks
Wednesday – 1 hours of back workout
Thursday – 1 hour of biceps, squats and its variations
Friday – 1 hour of jumping jacks variations and planks.
Lessons learnt from weight loss journey:
“No time limit; no weight goal. We need to shift our focus from WEIGHT to FITNESS.“
My story is not one of overnight success. I didn’t take a magic pill. Moreover, I have realized it doesn’t matter what you want to achieve you need to be consistence and disciplined in what you do. In conclusion, if you stay motivated and focused you are bound to achieve the success.
